If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for a refund in accordance with the policy below.
Returns
You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it’s in new, unused condition and has not been worn or damaged.
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee a full refund under these conditions.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Send a return request to petora.supp@gmail.com
- Include your order number, reason for return, and a recent photo of the item.
- Once your return is approved, you’ll receive the return shipping address via email.
Return Shipping & Refunds
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within up to 14 business days.
If your return is approved, you’ll receive a full refund, excluding any original shipping charges.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t yet shipped.
Once the order has shipped, cancellations can only be processed through the standard return procedure outlined above.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please email us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item.
In these cases, we’ll cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement at no additional charge.
