Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive another email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping may be offered based on ongoing promotions or minimum purchase thresholds, as announced from time to time.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at petora.supp@gmail.com
with your name and order number — we’ll investigate promptly.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Certain carriers may not deliver to P.O. boxes.
If your order cannot be shipped to the address provided, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative delivery location.
Returns & Refunds
You may return items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
Refunds will be issued for the full order amount, minus the return shipping cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at petora.supp@gmail.com
with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition upon arrival.
Each case will be handled individually, and we’ll do our best to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
